We are looking for an experienced manager to fill the position of Plant Manager for the Bayreuth/Weidenberg site.
Plant manager for modular timber construction and prefabrication plant (m/f/d)
Tasks
- Overall responsibility for the smooth operation of the production site in Weidenberg, including production processes, quality assurance and compliance with safety standards
- Leading and motivating a team of employees, including the production managers for concrete parts and room modules, to ensure optimal performance and collaboration
- Develop and implement strategic goals to maximize production capacity and increase site profitability
- Continuously improve operational processes to optimize efficiency, product quality and cost control.
- Work closely with senior management to manage the site in line with the company's overall strategy
Your Profile
- Proven experience in a comparable management position, ideally in the manufacturing industry
- Strong understanding of production processes and quality control
- Excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Strategic mindset and the ability to develop and implement effective business strategies
- Good communication skills and the ability to maintain relationships at various levels
- Results orientation and the ability to find solutions to challenges
- Entrepreneurial thinking and action to recognize new business opportunities, develop innovative solutions and identify growth opportunities
