Technical specialist in the construction/real estate sector (m/f/d)
Tasks
- Tendering / bid solicitation / contract award preparation for subcontractor services for all trades in turnkey residential construction
- Scheduling control of the awarding process
- Software-supported cost tracking / cost control with AMADEUS
- Subcontract management
- Project documentation for authorities, specialist planners, customers, etc.
- Support for project management
- Technical contact for specialist planners, departments and customers
Your Profile
- Technical training, ideally as a construction technician, alternatively suitable for civil engineers or architects
- First professional experience with sound technical knowledge
- Structured and detail-oriented way of working
- communicative and team-oriented personality
